User Responsibilities / Prohibited Use

Fasyl holds ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO/IEC 27000 (Information Security) certifications in Ghana, reflecting its standard practices. However, Fasyl does not guarantee that services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or absolutely secure. To the extent allowed by law, all implied warranties (fitness for purpose, merchantability) are disclaimed.
Limitation of Liability
Fasyl’s total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant service. Fasyl is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility.
